I've been coming here since I moved into the neighborhood in April 2014. The movers had left my coffee maker behind, and they had filled my kitchen with boxes, so for at least three weeks I had to go out for my morning coffee.
I tried multiple kiosks and carts and venues, and the quality of the coffee was highly variable, usually leaning toward very acidic, which is a deal-breaker for me. Awake has very smooth coffee, and since my standard order is a "Shot in the Dark," which is coffee with any number of espresso shots, the quality of the coffee is crucial. At Awake, I always get the 20oz Shot in the Dark, two shots, with a finger of cream. It's really cool that "Dad" remembers my order!
I don't visit much any more because I make coffee at home, but every so often, I stop in, and it's great to reconnect. If I'm heading out on a road trip, I often get travel tips and advice! This is a full service stop! Thanks, Awake! -

This is super cute, local coffee stand. They have a wide variety of mochas, blended coffee and flavors to choose from. My coworker got a latte and enjoyed it. I got an iced americano and the shits tasted burnt/dead. I'd definitely come back for a tasty treat but maybe not for a basic coffee. They also have yummy looking bagels and muffins!

Don't pass this stand up! It's definitely a must try!Friendly and quick service! There are a lot of options of drinks to choose from. Sizes range from 12oz to 24oz with the prices ranging from $1.50-$5.75 the most expensive drink is a rockstar or red bull fruit smoothie. Their milkshake mochas are much better tasting than starbucks frappaccinos. They also have some quick to go snacks such as bagels, breakfast croissant sandwiches, muffins, etc. This coffee stand is a must stop for me if whenever I'm in town!

The service is always amazing. They even got me my favorite flavor of syrup for my infusion drink Ruby red grapefruit.
